Never believed that I would feel as amazing as I did after my reflexology treatments.
It was so relaxing that I would fall asleep, but when it was over and I woke up, I would have so much energy and was so rejuvenated. Have never felt so good in my life. KC

Mario is very calm and a great listener. He has an aura about him that makes you relax and want to open up. His knowledge of the human body and spirituality really come through during each and every treatment. The treatments were successful. I believe they really helped with my contractions and made them more bearable during labour. Post labour they have helped me relax and have eased my headaches, which in turn has helped me cope better with having a baby. I believe this has helped my baby to be more relaxed and calm. KN
I have always been curious as to how reflexology works. I was recently introduced to Mario and was given the opportunity to sample a reflexology treatment. I usually find it very difficult to relax and switch off but this was not the case. I was totally relaxed and came out feeling de-stressed and calm. Mario was very professional and really clued up, and managed to pick up on things that I forgot to tell him about in the consultation.Thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend it to others ! LL
